Our goal is to ship your product in the safest manner possible while ensuring prompt delivery. We have developed relationships with a variety of carriers specialising in handling many different kinds of merchandise safely.
Most of our products are made-to-order items which usually require 4 weeks production time before they are shipped. You will be notified when your order ships out from our premises. Shipping times average approximately 1 week depending on the shipping zone. We will do our very best to get you your wonderful new furniture as fast as possible. Upon delivery, please inspect your items. A signature is required for all deliveries. The driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage please note “refused due to damage” on this receipt. Delivery in Greece
Athens
Shipping within the area of Athens is free for retail customers. Your order will be delivered at no charge by our professional driver to the entrance of your building on street level, but will not be carried up the stairs, unpacked or assembled. These services are available on request and the cost is determined by the type and volume of your order. If you opt for inside delivery, our skilled team will move, unpack and assemble your order to the room of your choice and dispose of all packaging. Please ensure that there is sufficient access and space and that any staircases and elevators providing access are suitable for the delivery. Due to liability concerns, our delivery team will not be able to move, or dispose of any existing furniture or other items.
Rest of Greece
Your order will be delivered by our domestic partner carrier or the carrier of your choice. The delivery professional will unload the furniture from the truck and set it by the curb, just inside your driveway or place it next to your front door. When your order arrives to the station in your area, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery date and time. An appointment will be made prior to delivery and a signature will be required. The shipping cost will be determined by the type and volume of your order. Please note that this service does not include delivery inside your home or office nor packaging removal, so be prepared. If you want to save a little money on shipping and have friends to help you move and unpack, this is your best option. If there is any assembly required for our pieces, it will be very minimal but not included in the delivery. If you have questions on what is needed, please do not hesitate to inquire at any time.
EU Delivery
Your order will be delivered by one of our EU partner carriers. For shipping to remain at a low cost, the delivery professional will unload the furniture from the truck and set it by the curb at your home, business, or building address, unless otherwise specified. You will be contacted by the shipping company prior to delivery to schedule a date and time that works best for you. The driver will neither place the furniture in your home or business nor remove crating and packaging materials. If there is any assembly required for our pieces, it will be very minimal but not included in the delivery. If you have questions on what is needed, please do not hesitate to inquire at any time.
Orders shipped within the EU between VAT-registered businesses are not subject to VAT. Products are subject to VAT when shipped to an EU country, where customer is not registered for VAT. In any case, there are no customs duties to be paid when buying goods coming from within the EU.
International Delivery
We will be happy to ship to a domestic freight forwarder for delivery overseas. Please note that products shipped outside the EU may be subject to charges imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs and import duties needed for the export of their goods. Any additional taxes, fees, levies, or other charges necessary to clear package through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As a result, we will be unable to advise or provide any assistance on these processes; we can only recommend you to contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that delivery times to international destinations are not guaranteed due to the unpredictability of time spent in customs.

In addition, it makes every effort to ensure that the cooperating third parties which are processing the personal data of its employees and clients are properly certified and trained and act in accordance with explicit and clear instructions, so that the processing on behalf of THRIVE fulfils all the requirements of the General Regulation.
Collection & Use of Personal Data
This website does not collect personal data of visitors through Cookies. Data which may fall within the scope of the concept of personal data referred to in Article 4 of Regulation (EU) No 679/2016 shall be collected and processed only in the event that a visitor requests an electronic quote for the purchase of any THRIVE product by telephone or email. The information requested from THRIVE in this case is the minimum possible and only the absolutely necessary (e.g. name and email address) for the purpose of facilitating the communication with the user/visitor and (b) the drawing up of the financial quote. When sending financial offers, at the request of a user/visitor and before the final registration of their data, users/visitors receive information about the intention of THRIVE to collect and process their data for the above purposes only. In addition, they are always asked to give their explicit consent to the collection and processing of their data by THRIVE, clearly specifying the purposes for which these data are to be collected and processed. By sending an email containing a financial offer, the visitor/user is informed by means of a standard footnote for (a) the terms of use of the service; (b) THRIVE’s policy for personal data; (c) the rights of the user (e.g. correction of data, withdrawal of consent, withdrawal request, etc.), as well as for the modalities for the exercise of those rights. THRIVE maintains and stores the above personal data for the reasonable time required until the relevant sales contract (electronic ordering, payment of the sale price, etc.) is drawn up. In the case of the electronic preparation of a contract for the sale of any product of the company, THRIVE requests, collects and stores the minimum and strictly necessary personal data of the contractor/user/visitor (name, address, contact telephone numbers, email address, fiscal registration number) for the purpose of (a) the proper fulfilment of the sales contract, (b) the organisation of its client base, (c) the handling and organisation of the orders, (d) the shipment and delivery of the goods to the buyer-client and (e) the issue of the legal purchase documents and the keeping of its accounting records under the terms of the applicable legislation. In the event that a sales contract between THRIVE and the user/visitor is not prepared (non-acceptance of the submitted financial offer) and provided that the user does not explicitly grant his consent to the collection and storage of his transferred personal data, THRIVE will automatically and definitely delete all data or information, which it received by email or telephone, at the pre-contractual stage. THRIVE reserves the right to keep a record of the consents received from each visitor/user, as well as of any later communication with them concerning the collection and processing of their personal data, in order to protect its legitimate interests.
Rectification/Deletion of Personal Data
THRIVE gives the right to any user/data subject whose personal data it has collected and processed to request information on such data, as well as, where applicable, their immediate deletion, rectification and/or updating, at any point in time, by sending a written request at hello@thriveforms.com. THRIVE expressly reserves the right to refuse to delete part of the data if these are necessary for accounting purposes and for compliance with applicable tax legislation and for the defence of its legitimate interests.
Availability & Disclosure of Personal Data
THRIVE commits not to sell, rent or otherwise publish and/or share the personal data it has collected and stored with any third party.
As an exception to that rule, THRIVE reserves the right to transfer and/or disclose personal data in its possession to third parties only in the following cases:
• Where it has the explicit consent of the data subjects concerned.
• If this is required for reasons of compliance with the relevant provisions of the Law and only to the competent authorities.
THRIVE may disclose the personal information of the users to any official, manager, insurer, professional advisor, agent, supplier or external contractor, to the extent that it is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy.
In addition to the above, THRIVE may disclose personal data in the following cases:
(a) to the extent legally required by law
(b) in connection with existing or potential legal proceedings
(c) to establish, exercise or protect its legal rights
(d) to the buyer (or potential buyer) of any of its activities or assets, which it intends (or envisages) to sell, or transfer.
Apart from the cases provided for in this Policy, THRIVE will not make available its personal data to third parties.
