Lightness is one of the most desired achievements for furniture designers. Aya Chair is Marco Sousa Santos's answer to such challenge. Being made to be light, this armchair is composed by thin pieces of wood organized and structured to have the minimum material and  the maximum structure. Knowing that the wood flexibility is a structural advantage, Aya chair is like a “dancer” with a delicate fragile body bending but never breaking.
